HPOA Dock Replacement Proposal-2026
The HPOA Board of Directors is proposing replacement of our existing 84-slip cedar float marina that is nearing the end of it's servicable lfe. The Board has been working with Harrison Dock Builders (HDB) and developed a proposed design for an replaced with an 84-slip, steel frame, poly float supported marina with permanent slip covers. Board president, Hal Thompson has also been in communication with the Coeur d'Alene Tribe Lake Management Department regarding the replacement project.
Over the past few months, the Board has sent a series of e-mails to HPOA member property owners describing the project in preperation for asking the membership for approval to proceed with the project with an estimated cost of $19,000 per slip.
